The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is placing urgent requirements on human resources. In addition to professional knowledge, students need to be equipped with the necessary soft skills to improve themselves and integrate well into the world of works. This article is based on the study of soft skills training contents of many countries around the world, proposes soft skills that universities need to pay attention to in fostering students in the current period.
